Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best experience for every client. Please review our cancellation policy below: • Deposits & Retainers All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. • Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules requested with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit. • Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will not incur additional fees beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • No-Shows Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. • Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened.
